Room Rankers ("we," "us") operates internal business software used by our own team, including integrations that connect our accounting, booking, and marketing systems. This policy describes how those internal applications handle data.
Our internal applications access business records we already hold — such as invoices, payments, customer contact details, and booking information — solely to operate and report on our own business and the businesses of clients who have engaged us in writing.
Data is used only for internal bookkeeping, reporting, and business operations. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data accessed through third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks) is used only within the scope of the connection authorized by the account owner.
Data is stored on access-controlled systems. Third-party platform credentials are kept confidential and are revocable by the account owner at any time from within the third-party platform.
