This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of internal business software operated by Room Rankers ("the Software"), including integrations with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks.
The Software is proprietary and operated by Room Rankers for its own business and for clients who have engaged Room Rankers in writing. No license is granted to the general public.
Only Room Rankers personnel and expressly authorized users may use the Software. Users must keep credentials confidential and use the Software only for legitimate business purposes.
The Software connects to third-party services (such as QuickBooks) only with the authorization of the relevant account owner. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms. The account owner may revoke the connection at any time.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Rankers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
Room Rankers may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections 4 and 6 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
